Petie Bird is the studio's most disarmingly charming creation, a small illustrated bird rendered with a graphic confidence that belies its apparent simplicity. JB achieves the character's personality entirely through posture and proportion: the slight forward lean, the eye's particular angle, the way the wings settle. No facial complexity, no narrative props. The palette shifts across the series but the character's formal presence stays constant: compact, self-possessed, and entirely certain of its own significance. Petie Bird is small in scale and large in presence.
