Giddy Gadgeteer is the studio's resident inventor, a robot character defined by the accumulation of tools, attachments, and contraptions whose purpose is not always immediately apparent. JB renders the character with affectionate precision: each gear and spring is individually characterized, the overall silhouette suggesting a figure perpetually mid-project. The palette runs to warm yellows, copper tones, and the particular glow of a workshop lamp, giving Gadgeteer a distinctly artisanal quality among the studio's more digital characters. There is something deeply appealing about a robot that builds things with its hands.
