Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that have been produced to your specifications. Each piece is created especially for you after you place your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll need:

Your order number
Photos of the damaged or defective item
A brief description of the issue

We'll review your case and, if approved, we'll send you a replacement at no additional cost.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item received. We'll send you the correct item at no additional charge.

Order Cancellations

Because production begins shortly after your order is placed, we can only cancel orders within 24 hours of purchase. After that time, your order has likely already entered production and cannot be cancelled.
